Relationship Bank Representative

This is a rewarding role at CCB Community Bank, where you will interact with customers, provide solutions and expand their relationship with the bank. As a Relationship Bank Representative, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer requests, identifying opportunities and making recommendations to deepen their relationship with our products and services.

• Listen to and address customer needs and concerns.
• Assist customers with electronic banking questions and set up.
• Profile and recommend account and financial services to customers.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to deepen customer relationships.
• Maintain and close accounts in the BPM platform system.
• Process financial transactions with accuracy and security.
• Promote business for the bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to other staff.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, two-year associate's degree preferred.
• Three years of banking experience and/or three years progressively related office experience.
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, accurate typing, and excellent proofreading skills.
• Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Familiarity with Windows, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel software.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
