Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Altitude Development Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the insurance industry, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed
