Job Title: RN ICU - INTENSIVE CARE 7:00PM - 7:00AM

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a travel nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Job Summary:

This ICU RN position is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week, working 12-hour night shifts. You will be responsible for providing care to critically ill patients, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and use medical equipment as needed.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, lab results, and other data to inform care decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this ICU RN position, you must have:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
  • At least 1 year of ICU experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain a high level of energy and focus.
