At Path Engineering, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our electrical equipment meets the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests of electrical equipment to identify any defects or deviations from quality requirements.
  • Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. electrical engineering, quality assurance).
  • 0-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to use test equipment such as multi meter, clamp-on-meter, voltage detector, Hi-Pot, etc.
  • Experience working with industry codes and standards.
  • Basic knowledge of Electrical Theory and relevant Mechanical experience.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Quality Inspection Experience, Continuous Improvement, Blueprint Reading.
  • Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Measurement Gauges, Calipers and Micrometers.
