Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist Expert to join our team at TEEMA Group. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll processing and proficiency in utilizing payroll software to manage payroll operations efficiently.

This role will be responsible for administering payroll for approximately 400 employees across multiple states in the United States, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and administer employee payroll accurately and timely across multiple states and locations.
  • Utilize payroll software to input, verify, and reconcile payroll data, including hours worked, bonuses, deductions, and taxes, for employees in various locations.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting.
  • Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years multiple location and multiple state payroll experience.
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles, laws, practices, and regulations across multiple states.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software similar to (e.g., ADP, Paychex, SAP, etc.) and MS Office applications.
