We are in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon, who has completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery, to develop a personalized hand practice within our established team of 14 specialists.

This is a pivotal moment in our mission to deliver comprehensive care for hand and wrist conditions. The selected surgeon will collaborate with our esteemed team of Orthopedic Surgeons, ensuring the highest standards of patient-centered care across all treatment modalities.

The candidate will have the opportunity to manage two different facilities, facilitating the growth of their clinic and surgical practice. We anticipate a rapid patient ramp-up and a developing equity model for a future orthopedic facility. Key Responsibilities

  1. Patient Care:
    1. Assess and manage a variety of medical conditions.
    2. Create and execute detailed treatment strategies.
    3. Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and histories.
  2. Communication:
    1. Engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
    2. Provide clear and concise medical information.

  3. Documentation:
    1. Keep precise and current patient records.
    2. Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

Qualifications
