**Job Title:** Financial Performance Analyst

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Vitality Living is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Performance Analyst to join our finance team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and distributing financial reports, participating in budgeting and forecasting processes, and developing insightful dashboards to support business decisions.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Participate in the organization's budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Develop insightful dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • 3-5 years' experience in finance, operations, or information systems.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platforms.

**Location:** Hybrid opportunity in Brentwood, TN
