Job Summary

The Clinical Director for Team Rehabilitation is a unique opportunity for a Physical Therapist to have ownership in a clinic while still receiving the support of a company. This leadership role is responsible for developing and growing an outpatient physical therapy clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive clinic growth and success
  • Select and order clinic equipment to meet patient needs
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and measurable outcomes
  • Hire and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff
  • Collaborate with marketing representatives to promote the clinic and Team Rehabilitation
  • Manage clinic finances and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Monitor key performance indicators to maximize clinic performance and profitability
Requirements
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • 5+ years of experience in outpatient physical therapy
  • Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue growing as a Physical Therapist
