  • The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of cases to our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

 

Salary

$17.00 - $20.00/ hourly

 

Responsibilities

 

  1. Answer phones, direct calls, provide tracking information, and case status reports.
  2. Accurately invoice/bill customers for delivered cases.
  3. Open and disinfect incoming cases from local delivery routes and outside carriers.
  4. Enter orders into lab software accurately.
  5. Filing case paperwork accurately.
  6. Correspond with UPS regarding shipping cases.
  7. Packaging cases for shipment, ensuring all items are prepared neatly, safely, and accurately.
  8. Ensure timely delivery of cases to customers.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving department.
  10. Set up accounts and special pricing.
  11. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
