Job Overview
- The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of cases to our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary
$17.00 - $20.00/ hourly
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, direct calls, provide tracking information, and case status reports.
- Accurately invoice/bill customers for delivered cases.
- Open and disinfect incoming cases from local delivery routes and outside carriers.
- Enter orders into lab software accurately.
- Filing case paperwork accurately.
- Correspond with UPS regarding shipping cases.
- Packaging cases for shipment, ensuring all items are prepared neatly, safely, and accurately.
- Ensure timely delivery of cases to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving department.
- Set up accounts and special pricing.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
