Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and revising the plan of care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
- Observe, record, and report any changes in the client's condition.
- Provide ongoing instruction and supervision to the client, family, or other health team personnel.
- Monitor and record the patient's condition and document provided care services.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
