Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process customer transactions using a point-of-sale system, including cash, check, and credit transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance with purchases.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area, stockroom, and surrounding departments.
  • Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management, price marking, and merchandising of the checkout area and surrounding departments.
  • React to potential shoplifters in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist with implementing the Kinney Standard of Presentation (Merchandising) and ordering replacement products as needed.
  • Accurately package and prepare items for home or business delivery.
  • Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must be available and on-time for scheduled work shifts.
  • Preferred: 0-1 years of previous experience in a related position.
  • Special Conditions of Employment: Drug test, initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring, and any additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position.
Compensation

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors, including relevant skills, years of experience, and education. KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state, and federal regulations regarding minimum wage requirements.
