About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Honolulu Disposal Service Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our fleet of vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic and engine repairs, with experience working with automatic and manual transmissions, suspension, steering, and brakes. A competitive hourly wage plus overtime, based on experience, is on offer for this position.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain all company vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to achieve company goals
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hydraulic repair
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in engine repair (gasoline and diesel)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
