Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to develop personalized therapy plans.
- Implement and deliver physical therapy services to patients in their homes, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordination.
- Document patient progress and outcomes, and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams as needed.
- Supervise and train Physical Therapy Assistants and other staff members as required.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Idaho.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly rate of $74.00.
