The Comprehensive Rehab Consultants team is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a Physiatry Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting optimal rehabilitation outcomes in skilled nursing facilities.
About the Role
This is a 24-hour to 32-hour, W-2 role that offers a highly competitive salary and generous bonus. You will work closely with our post-acute therapy team to optimize rehabilitative outcomes and promote patient independence. Your responsibilities will include providing specialized Physiatry/PM&R services, managing conditions common in SNFs, and working alongside PT, OT, and SLP teams to improve patient function and quality of life.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Nurse Practitioner/APRN License, Arizona License, and the ability to work in the U.S. Experience in post-acute space is preferred, but not required. You will also need a great attitude and a desire to deliver the best patient care. Our clinicians control their daily workflow to promote a healthy work/life balance, and we offer a remote personal medical assistant and a scribe to complete all of your notes after your patient visit. We also offer creative strategies and technology-based solutions to innovate patient care models and reduce administrative burden for clinicians. We also offer the opportunity to earn a minimum of 30 CEUs through the company at no cost and access to CRC's Physiatry certification; CEU credits.
