We are a 200-bed hospital with a full array of acute care services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation and women's services. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team. As a member of our team, you will provide direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act. You will utilize therapeutic communication in daily practice, maintain a safe therapeutic environment, and identify nursing problems as they relate to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities

  • You will demonstrate age-specific knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment and care of patients.
  • You will ensure the privacy of our patients and confidentiality of their Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • You will utilize the nursing process for individual care to meet patient needs.
  • You will demonstrate the ability to perform technical skills and procedures.
  • You will document all patient care.

Requirements

  • Current licensure with the Tennessee State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
  • Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
  • 1 year of RN experience.

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
