Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate our technological needs, serving as the primary administrator for customer relationship systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, evaluating new technologies and systems to implement recommended solutions.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and consultants, ensuring optimal use and operation of our systems.
  • Oversee the Microsoft Share Point platform, including user account management, document library control, and permission settings.
  • Perform regular maintenance on the platform, servers, and intranet, providing end-user training and troubleshooting support.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant developments, performing updates and reviewing usage and activity reports to optimize user experiences.
  • Assist with managing business software licensing and users for all ACPE technology solutions.
  • Monitor hardware and software technology inventory use and upgrades required, researching latest technology and providing recommendations for IT infrastructure improvements.
  • Monitor and proactively improve the health and security of our technology environments, coordinating staff security training and email phishing simulations.
  • Provide users with on- and off-boarding IT support, managing relationships with all technology vendors and consultants.
  • Monitor and assist with general IT support tickets as needed.
  • Lead collaboration to capture organizational metrics for routine reporting and planning, conducting regular reviews and clean-ups of all housed data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and ensure all requests are completed in accordance with data privacy laws, performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
Requirements
  • Five years of professional experience in IT and application administration, or a Bachelor's degree with three years of IT experience.
  • At least two years of experience as a Share Point and Nimble/Salesforce administrator.
  • Excellent project management and documentation skills, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle simultaneous requests.
  • A documented history of successful project completion.
  • Strong data analysis, management, and cleaning skills, including experience with and ability to use various analysis tools like MS Excel.
  • Ability to assess and convey the impact of new requirements on ACPE platforms and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
  • Strong interest, understanding, and ability to quickly master new technology.
  • Experience with nonprofit processes preferred.
