This position will receive an hourly Coastal Differential in addition to the base hourly rate due to the needs of the Coastal Clinics.

  • Assist healthcare practitioners in the performance of procedures, including telephone prescription orders and refills, maintaining patient records, and relaying test results.
  • Support patients with serious illness and their caregivers in living with hope, resilience, and dignity throughout their journey.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and patients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Registered or Certified Medical Assistant required.
  • Healthcare Provider BLS required.
  • Previous medical back office experience or medical assistant training preferred.
