About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Pharmacist in Charge, you will play a key role in developing policies and procedures, evaluating program effectiveness, and supervising staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with medical personnel and customers, providing advice on side effects, drug interactions, and dosages.
- Claims Management: Oversee all claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with company goals and industry standards.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train pharmacy staff, including non-professional assistants, to ensure excellent patient care.
- Compliance: Ensure the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Drug Quality & Security Act.
- A minimum of 1+ years of pharmacy experience required.
- WI license clear and active.
- 2+ years or more of recent experience (retail preferred).
- 2+ years or more of recent PIC experience.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
