Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  2. Data Collection and Management: Assist with data collection methodologies, perform quality checks, and implement improvements to enhance data accuracy and consistency.
  3. Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of Junior Reliability Engineers dedicated to field data collection.
  4. Reporting and Communication: Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing project findings, asset validation results, and recommendations for business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field (BS in engineering a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in project management, data analytics, or a similar role within corporate real estate.
  • Strong understanding of corporate real estate fundamentals, facilities maintenance, asset management, or reliability-centered maintenance preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify patterns, trends, and irregularities within large data sets.
