Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

- Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of Junior Reliability Engineers dedicated to field data collection.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing project findings, asset validation results, and recommendations for business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field (BS in engineering a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in project management, data analytics, or a similar role within corporate real estate.
- Strong understanding of corporate real estate fundamentals, facilities maintenance, asset management, or reliability-centered maintenance preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify patterns, trends, and irregularities within large data sets.
- Total compensation range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year.
