Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Porter/Valet to join our team at Freeman Auto Group. As a Service Porter/Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their vehicles are parked and retrieved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients, escort them to the appropriate area, and provide assistance with their vehicles.
  • Parking and Retrieval: Park and retrieve client vehicles in designated areas, ensuring they are secure and accessible.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform tasks such as replacing vehicle bulbs, finding and installing license plates, and notifying the Assistant Service Manager or Estimator of any issues.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized service drive, ensuring it is free of debris and clutter.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist technicians with moving inoperable vehicles and alert the Manager to any damage to client vehicles.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Certifications: Operator Driver's License (must be insurable).
