Key Responsibilities

As a Driver, your primary role will be to provide safe and efficient transportation for residents, which may include trips for leisure and medical needs.

• Operate vehicles to transport residents to various destinations safely and punctually.
• Coordinate transportation schedules as directed by management.
• Maintain communication with management during work hours for any schedule adjustments.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicles.
• Complete and submit necessary documentation related to job functions as required.
• Assist with other community roles when not engaged in driving duties.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driving record; a CDL license may be necessary, and a driving record must be provided prior to employment.
• Ability to operate vehicles in compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Commitment to safe driving practices at all times.
• Capability to maintain vehicles in good condition.
