Job Description

As an Aveanna Healthcare LPN/RN Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with our interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care delivery.

You will perform patient assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Additionally, you will administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician, provide patient and family education on healthcare management, medication administration, and self-care techniques, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six months of nursing experience, preferably in a home healthcare or pediatric setting.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes within the Hellertown area.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and location.
