Job Title: Delivery Associate

Great Lakes Wine and Spirits is seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering wine and spirits to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading cases of wine and spirits onto hand carts and delivering to customers
  • Operating CDL box trucks with airbrakes and navigating through various weather conditions
  • Checking product for damages and errors and communicating with customers and management
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
  • Operating power and manual pallet jacks and occasionally using hi-lo's
  • Cleaning out trucks and maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Collecting payment and reconciling routes
  • Communicating with department personnel professionally and following company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • CDL A or B license with airbrake endorsement
  • Chauffeur license
  • 21 years of age and older
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Willingness to take direction and work independently
  • Acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience in CDL box trucks with airbrakes
  • Hi-lo experience
  • Experience operating GPS and handheld devices
