Housekeeping Dispatcher

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Dispatcher to join our team at Gold Coast Hotel & Casino. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations, including room assignments, guest requests, and staff performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing position preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software applications.
