As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), you will be part of a dynamic team that provides high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Our CVICU is a 24/7 unit that requires a skilled and compassionate nurse to care for critically ill patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in hourly rounding to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other healthcare team members as needed.
- Current Arizona RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CVICU or ICU setting.
- BSN degree preferred.
- ACLS certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
