Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight:
    • Direct all on-site construction efforts to guarantee timely completion, budget adherence, and quality assurance.
    • Manage and oversee subcontractors, ensuring alignment with safety protocols and organizational policies.
    • Track project advancement, pinpoint potential challenges, and execute corrective measures to maintain project timelines.
  • Planning and Scheduling:
    • Create and uphold construction timelines, ensuring the prompt execution of project segments.
    • Organize and coordinate project activities, confirming resource availability and distribution.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Perform regular site evaluations to verify compliance with construction designs, specifications, and industry standards.
    • Address any variances or issues swiftly to uphold project integrity.
  • Safety Protocols:

Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 10 years in a Construction Manager role, with at least 5 years dedicated to substantial multi-family residential projects.
    • A proven history of successfully overseeing large-scale multi-family construction initiatives.
  • Education:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership and management capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Proficient in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Certifications:
    • OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification.
    • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or similar certification is advantageous.
