Primary Care Physician Position

Oak Street Health is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our innovative network of neighborhood primary care centers. Our physicians focus on delivering high-quality, value-based care to local Medicare patient populations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing equitable and effective healthcare to older adults. As a Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health, you will operate within a single medical center supported by a large care team, allowing you to concentrate on delivering excellent care rather than managing a high volume of services.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $215,000 - $245,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Additionally, you can expect quarterly bonuses based on quality metrics, six weeks of paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as 401K investment with a company match.
Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patients, overseeing primary care, prescribing medication, and collaborating with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals. Required qualifications include a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree, internal medicine or family medicine board certification, and active, non-probationary state licensure.
