Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data solutions in a consulting environment. This role requires experience in Databricks, Power BI, cloud data platforms, enterprise data architecture, and client-facing consulting engagements.

Main Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Data Integration & BI practice, defining strategy, methodologies, and best practices.Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable data integration solutions leveraging Databricks, cloud data platforms, and ETL pipelines.Provide technical leadership on business intelligence solutions, particularly with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.Drive data governance, security, and compliance across data platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-impact insights.Mentor and develop a team of data professionals.Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise and contributing to proposals and client presentations.
