Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Counselling Specialist to join our team at OREADY. As a federal government service contractor, we provide complex project management services to various organizations across the United States.

This role requires a Master's Degree in Therapeutic Counselling and a current active license in the State of Arizona. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with school staff and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Therapeutic Services: Provide certified occupational therapy services to students at school, conducting evaluations and developing intervention strategies to support student participation and progress within the general curriculum.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work with families, regular education staff, special education staff, and other service providers to support student success, utilizing a team-based approach to develop appropriate educational plans.
  • Assess and Evaluate Student Needs: Perform assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each student's skills and needs, providing culturally sensitive services in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Document and Communicate Effectively: Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Therapeutic Counselling
  • Current active license in the State of Arizona
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with school staff and parents
  • Valid Driver License and Comfortable with Commute
  • Working knowledge of processes, policies, and practices that impact the efficiency of conflict management systems
  • Legal to Work in the United States and be able to pass background checks and screening
