About the Role

As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our veterinarians and veterinary technicians during exams, surgeries, and other medical procedures. You will also be responsible for restraining animals safely and humanely, taking vital signs, and maintaining accurate records of patient treatment and progress.

Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians during exams, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
  • Prep patients for surgery and minor procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and secure.
  • Restrain animals safely and humanely.
  • Take vital signs and collect medical history from patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
