About the Role

CyberCoders is seeking a highly skilled Research Engineer to join our team in Trenton, NJ. As a Research Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting ongoing projects in aerodynamics, aeroelasticity, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), flight vehicle analysis, and numerical methods supporting multiphysics modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement methodological approaches for analysis of air vehicles in complex flow environments
  • Conduct studies on internal or multi-phase flows, multiphysics modeling of particulate and/or aerosol transport, and flight vehicle aeromechanics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research projects
  • Design and implement computational models to simulate complex fluid dynamics and aeromechanics phenomena
Requirements
  • Masters or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in C/C++ programming
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS
  • 5+ years of experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics
  • 5+ years of experience as a Research Engineer
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace-related work
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fortran programming experience
