**Compensation Package**

The ideal candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of $22.50, with opportunities for overtime pay. **Job Description**

We are looking for a skilled Lighting Technician with at least 5 years of experience in lighting retrofitting. The successful candidate will be responsible for conduit bending, working nights, weekends, and overtime as required. Traveling out of state may be necessary. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and have a strong work ethic.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

• At least 5 years of experience in lighting retrofitting
• Proficiency in conduit bending
• Ability to lift 65 lbs.
• Valid driver's license

**Preferred Attributes**

• Lighting controls experience
• Leadership experience
• Journeyman's certification or classroom training

**Estimated Salary Range:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week), depending on experience.
