About the Job:

This position involves working with clients with disabilities in their homes, providing personal care assistance, and promoting independence. We are seeking a caring and responsible individual to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

\Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare and serve meals that meet clients' dietary needs
Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands
Monitor clients' health and administer medications as needed
Develop and implement behavior plans to help clients achieve their goals

\Requirements:

No prior experience necessary
A valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to pass a background check

\Salary and Benefits:

$30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience
