Job Title: Retail Food Services Manager 2

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Food Services Manager 2 to join our team at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, OH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing retail operations, delivering high-quality food, and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall retail experience.
  • Lead a team of retail employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Conduct regular safety walks and employee safety in-service trainings to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with retail outlet product inventory and ordering, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Develop and implement annual evaluation and goals for retail employees, focusing on food and physical safety, HACCP record keeping, and overall performance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or food service operations.
  • Proven track record of leadership, team development, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other relevant software.
  • Servsafe certification and working knowledge of HACCP.
