Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team at Willow Ridge Center in Maynardville, TN. As a CNA, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to provide high-quality care to our patients and residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with their activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients/residents with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients/residents
- Monitor patients'/residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Participate in patient/resident care conferences to discuss their needs and goals
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate: $16 - $19 per hour
