We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Piedmont Fayette Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients, assisting them to reach their highest level of physical independence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury.
- Provide patient care to all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Responsible for the care of patients treated by physical therapist assistants.
- May be responsible for orientation and ongoing guidance of assigned staff.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT.
- Current Georgia Physical Therapist License or current compact privileges in Georgia.
- BLS certification through AHA.
- 2 years of experience preferred.
