Requirements- Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- Current State of Minnesota MD or DO license and DEA
- Successful candidate must submit to TB testing and any vaccinations recommended by OSHA Guidelines
