Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Technician to join our team at Pillar Clinical Research LLC. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental or emotional conditions or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being and report to medical staff.
  • Participate in rehabilitation and treatment programs, help with personal hygiene, and administer oral or injectable medications.
  • Take and record measures of patients' physical condition, using devices such as thermometers or blood pressure gauges.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan or provide treatment.
  • Assist patients with hygiene or daily living activities.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in behavioral health (preferred).
  • Driver's License (preferred).
Work Environment

This is a part-time position with a 12-hour shift schedule, including day, night, and weekend shifts. The ability to commute or relocate to Little Rock, AR is required.
