We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Load Port Technician to join our team at Kelly Services. As a Load Port Technician, you will play a critical role in the semiconductor manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient transfer of wafers into FOSB and FOUPs for final packing and shipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transfer wafers into FOSB and FOUPs for final packing and shipment
  • Unbox and unpack wafers for STB auto
  • Use manual transfer tools to put wafers into FOSB or FOUPs
  • Replenish machine supplies, including exchange recycle bins and desiccants
  • Pack and unpack FOUPs for transfers
  • Ensure the load port is available for cleaning and follow SOPs for wiping down tools

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable work history with minimal short-term movement between employers
  • Ability to monitor multiple computer screens with attention to detail
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn in a classroom or online setting
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability to new SOPs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress

Shift Options

We offer flexible shift options to accommodate your needs, including:

  • Shift A: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 6am-6pm
  • Shift B: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 6pm-6am
  • Shift C: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 6am-6pm
  • Shift D: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 9pm-6am
