Job Summary

The MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting research, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary assessments of patients and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Provide clinical care to patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and ordering diagnostic tests
• Conduct research studies and collect data to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and research activities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an Advanced Practice Provider role
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
