- Technical Skills: Proficiency in various operating systems, especially Linux and Windows, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management tools and software for scheduling, tracking, and collaboration.
- Scripting and Programming: One or more of the following: scripting and programming languages, encryption and cryptography.
