**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • Annual salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Full benefits package, including paid malpractice insurance.
  • Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus.

  • At least 5 years of cardiothoracic surgery experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership or management skills.
