Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Patent Associate to join our esteemed team. This role offers competitive compensation at a level comparable to Cravath standards, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent in the field.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in patent prosecution and will work closely with clients to protect their intellectual property rights. Responsibilities include:
1. Drafting and filing patent applications.
2. Conducting patent searches and analysis.
3. Collaborating with inventors and technical teams to gather necessary information.
4. Responding to office actions and managing correspondence with patent offices.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- Previous experience in patent prosecution within a law firm environment.
- Membership in the patent bar.
- A strong educational background in one of the following disciplines: cell or molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, or digital health.
- Advanced degrees are required, and prior experience as a patent agent is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, alongside outstanding academic credentials.
