Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide resident-centered care to our older adult residents. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement resident care plans, focusing on individual strengths, preferences, and routines.
- Provide a holistic approach to care, addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure comprehensive care.
