Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated professionals for multiple roles within our expanding Psychiatry department located in North Central Illinois. This area boasts a vibrant community with a population of 115,000 and a service area of approximately 450,000.

Available Positions
  • Clinician-Educator (CE) Positions: Two openings are available for candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while mentoring residents and medical students.
  • Psychiatry Residency Program Director (PD): This role is designed for experienced individuals interested in educational leadership and enhancing the quality of teaching within our residency program.
Responsibilities

The CE position entails leading an interdisciplinary adult inpatient teaching unit, which includes residents, medical students, nursing staff, social work, and other support personnel. The PD role focuses on directing our ACGME-accredited training program, fostering a culture of excellence, overseeing resident recruitment, and conducting evaluations.
