Responsibilities:

  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Create tailored treatment plans to address the unique goals and needs of each client.
  • Implement Evidence-Based Therapy Techniques: Utilize evidence-based therapy methods to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Document Client Progress: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • State Licensure or Eligibility: Hold current state licensure or be eligible for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP): Possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or be willing to obtain one.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Show the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
