Relationship Banker

At PNC Financial Services Group, we are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of branch.
• Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Manages and grows Business Banking relationships under 1MM in sales revenue.
• Develops ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI.
• Customer experience management and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
