Job OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering comprehensive mental health services and values autonomy in their clinical practice. As a CDCW psychologist, you will have the opportunity to develop areas of expertise, conduct psychological and neuropsychological assessments, supervise graduate students, and manage your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
  • Represent CDCW in a positive, professional light in the community and with other professionals.
  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations, including psychological and neuropsychological testing.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Illinois. Post-doctoral candidates will be considered.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Interest in psychological and neuropsychological testing is a plus.
