Cytogenetic Technologist Opportunity

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a dedicated Cytologist to join a prestigious healthcare facility serving the greater Chicago area.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine specimen screenings and document daily workload.
Perform cytological examinations on GYN and non-GYN specimens.
Assess processed specimens from various collection devices per manufacturer specifications.
Carry out quality control assessments, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Assist with the collection and processing of fine needle aspiration specimens.

Requirements:

Must have ASCP Cytology Technician certification (CT) or eligibility within one year of employment.
