Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Apps (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and other productivity tools.
  • Availability: Must be available to work at least 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
